Just one block from the Rice Village District, this modern and spacious open concept plan was the winner of a Luxe Red Design Award for us in 2020. In collaboration with The Covington Builders construction and interiors team we were able to pull out all the stops for this beauty. With 14’ ceilings, BeauBois custom iron doors, imported wide plank wood flooring and a top of the line chefs kitchen and summer veranda this is a true entertainer’s delight.
